Elite Radiant Goals
Effective date: September 24, 2026

This policy explains how the Elite Radiant Goals mobile app and the service at api.elitradiant.online handle information. The developer is Hector Kestermere.

Summary

Elite Radiant Goals is a personal goal tracker. Goals, notes, and a profile photo stay on your device. The server is used only for the shared features: a display name, friend connections, challenges, and range scores. We do not sell information, and the app does not include advertising or third-party analytics.

Information that stays on your device

The app stores the following on the phone or tablet where you install it:

Deleting an item in the app, choosing “Delete all data,” or deleting the app removes that on-device copy. Your photo library itself is not uploaded.

Information sent to the server

When the app connects to api.elitradiant.online, it may send:

We do not ask you to create an account. We do not collect your email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, or payment information through the app.

How we use this information

Who else can see it

We do not publish your device identifier. We do not sell or rent information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Server records for a device remain while that device uses the shared features. Weekly score entries older than about twelve weeks are removed. Challenge and profile records stay until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them to run the service.

To delete the server record tied to your device, email Hector155Kestermere@icloud.com. Include the friend code shown in the app if you still have it, so the record can be found. On-device data is removed by you, from the app or by deleting the app. We cannot erase data that stays only on your device.

Children

Elite Radiant Goals is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the shared features, contact us and we will delete the associated server record.

Security

Connections to the server use HTTPS. The device identifier is the key to the server profile, so keep the device locked. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new version at this address. The effective date above will change when we do.
